1. Personnel organization. Generally, there are three to four people to form an installation team. Elevator workers must receive fruit technology training and safety technology training, and pass the examination of relevant departments. Make a work plan and clarify requirements.
2. Data review.
The person in charge of the construction site should review the width of the well, the depth of the pit, the height of the top floor, the number of floors and the way to open the door, the verticality of the well, the size of the well on each floor, the reserved holes and the location of the embedded iron, and the machine room based on the technical information provided. 3. Check the materials.
After unpacking, check the materials according to the elevator packing list. 6. Set up scaffolding.
The form of scaffolding is determined according to the size of the car and the position of the counterweight. Scaffolding has two kinds of bamboo poles and steel pipes. Regardless of the material, the stability and sufficient bearing capacity of the scaffold must be guaranteed. There must be more than two planks on the beams of each scaffolding, and the two ends should be fastened to the beams. Requirements: The location of the scaffolding is convenient for construction work.

3. Installation of hoistway equipment
1. Guide rail installation.
Install the car guide rail bracket, install the counterweight guide rail bracket, install the guide rail, and correct the guide rail.
2. Car installation.
Install the car joist, sling frame, car frame, guide shoe, car bottom, safety gear, and overload device in sequence.
3. Counterweight installation.
The supports and hangers installed for counterweight should not be removed until the car counterweight is suspended on the traction sheave by the traction rope.
4. Buffer installation.
The position of the buffer is determined. Adjusting the center of the buffer should be aligned with the center of the collision plate of the car frame or counterweight frame, and the allowable error should not be greater than 20mm, and when two buffers are required to be installed on the same foundation, the allowable error of height should not be greater than 2mm.
5. Combination installation of traction wire rope and rope end.
The specifications and models of the steel wire rope meet the design requirements, and there are no faults such as dead bends, corrosion, loose strands, and broken wires. The hemp core lubricating grease has no dry faults and is kept clean. The quantity, quality and specifications of the rope head rod and its components meet the design requirements. The quantity of tungsten gold (babbitt alloy) should be prepared enough.
The required materials include copper wire with a cross-sectional area of 2.5mm2 or more; No. 20 lead wire; gasoline, kerosene, and cotton wire.
6. Compensation chain installation.
(1) When the lifting height is greater than 30m, a compensation device should be installed.
(2) The sum of the gap between the guide shoe and the two top surfaces of the guide rail in the compensation device should not be greater than 3mm, and the sag tolerance of the liner guide rail of the compensation device should be less than 1mm in the overall height. The distance between the compensation sheave frame and the channel steel on the ground is 150-200mm, and the upper end surface of the guide rail protrudes from the guide shoe by 200-250mm, and a baffle at the end of the guide rail is installed to prevent the lining wheel frame from jumping out.
7. Accompanying cable installation
(1) The hoistway cable hanging rack should be on the hoistway wall about 3.8m away from the top floor, and the cable rack should be fastened firmly with bolts.
(2) The cable hanger on the car floor should be installed at the steel beam of the car and fastened firmly with bolts.
(3) When installing flexible wires, first measure the length from the hoistway hanging wire rack to various electrical equipment in the machine room, put each cable flexible wire into each circuit tube or wire groove, and then put the other end of the flexible wire into the bottom pit And make sure that each soft wire is straight and not twisted.
8. Laying of electrical lines.
(1) Lay the lines according to the wiring diagram of the machine room and the hoistway. The power lines, power lines, brake lines, control lines, indicator lines, button lines, and lighting lines should be respectively threaded in the pipe or slot, and are not allowed to be threaded in the same wire. In the pipe or trunking, the wires in the pipe are not allowed to have joints. If the wire has a connector, it should be in the junction box.
9. Install the limit switch and sensor device.
(1) First install the limit switch on the limit bracket. The bracket is fastened with the pressure plate and the bolt and the guide rail of the car. Then, according to the position of the limit switch touch wheel, determine the position where the bumper bow is installed on the car. It is also possible to use the same ramming bow as a limiter and overtravel ramming bow. The position of the bumping bow should be such that when the limit bumper is on the vertical plane of the bumper, there is still a 3mm moving distance for the bumper. The action distance of each limit switch is positioned according to different elevator speeds.
(2) Install the sensor unit.
10. Lighting equipment and inspection boxes.
The box board of the lighting power supply in the computer room should be fastened with anchor bolts. The lighting power supply and the power supply should be set separately. The box board should be horizontal and vertical.
11. Ground wire installation.
The metal casings of all electrical equipment should be well grounded and properly installed.
4. Door device installation.
(1) Connect the bolts to the car frame, then install the bolts on the door frame stays, and then tighten all the bolts.
(2) The door operator is fastened to the door frame with bolts, and the requirements for installing the door are the same as those for the hall door. Refer to the process requirements for installing hall doors.
(3) After the door operator and the car are installed, adjust the linkage mechanism of the door so that the distance between the car door and the car meets the technical requirements of the product drawing.
(4) When the hall door is in the closed position, adjust the position of the door-opening blade on the car door. It is required that the door-opening blade is located in the middle of the two rollers of the hall door hook lock, and the distance from the two sides of the two rollers is similar. Basically tighten the anchor bolts or expansion bolts that fix the door frame column, and adjust until the verticality error of the hall door frame column and the levelness error of the beam are both less than 1/1000, and the hall door guide rail and the sill groove are at both ends and in the middle of the guide rail When the deviation of the distance between the two parts is less than 1mm, fasten all the bolts firmly.
(5) Connect the hanging door roller hanging foot with the upper end of the door leaf, adjust the gap between the door leaf and the door leaf, the door leaf and the door cover, the lower end of the door leaf and the sill, the door foot has no resistance failure phenomenon in the sill groove, and the plumb degree of the door leaf should not be More than 1.5/1000. At this time, the bolts of the hanging door leaf are all tightened, and the gap between the eccentric stop wheel and the lower end of the guide rail should be adjusted to be no more than 0.5mm.
(6) After the door leaf is adjusted, the linkage mechanism of the door leaf can be installed. After the hall door is installed, it should be pushed and pulled by hand, and there should be no noise and unpleasant failures. Finally, the hall door electric interlocking device is installed.
